The video was helpful. It just drives home the point that we will get nervous depending the type of situation we are in, whether it a speaking and singing engagement or introducing someone, it is a given. It is what we do when we get nervous matters. Do we give in to our fears or do we use the energy and turn into something positive.
There are some tips im not in agreement with, it takes waaay too much energy at times, and refocused energy telling yourself all this, when you could just "do it".
